INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
You must drink the seed boiled– just 1/8 portion of the seed (cut the seed with a knife or scissors) in the first week, then continue with 1/4 portion. Boil in a glass of water for about 2-3 minutes in microwave or 4 minutes on stove top,
Drink it warm, just before you go bed of a night.
During the day, you must drink 2 or more litres of water (this is very important, for elimination of the oils and toxins from the body)

If you are going to drink alcohol that night, is better not take the seed until the following night.

DONT TAKE MORE THAN QUARTER OF SEED A DAY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
The treatment should last from 28 Day for 6 Nuts and 52 Days for 12 Nuts. In this time you should lose between 5 and 10 kilograms, depending on your metabolism. You will initially lose size, followed by the loss of weight. You do not need to undertake exercise or complicated diets. When you have arrived at the ideal weight, it is recommended to take 1/8 of seed 2 or 3 times per week to maintain. If you are significantly overweight and must take the seed for a prolonged time, it is recommended to take yogurt, or similar to maintain healthy intestinal flora. If during the treatment (especially at the outset) you experience excessive diarrhea, reduce the treatment 1/8 seed every 2nd day.
It is important to find the dosage that works for you and fits your lifestyle (1/8 or 1/4- no more than 1/4 a day under any circumstances)
Please eat a banana a day (or other food high in potassium) to maintain your potassium levels
